Private Client Relations Expert at Chanel

Job Purpose:
A personalized and singular relationship between CHANEL and each of our clients is the core value of the Brand. Faced with a growing number of top clients, and the evolving diversity and sophistication among them, topped with an increasing touchpoint fragmentation, there are growing needs to retain and engage top clients of today and tomorrow under a changing market dynamic, and make CHANEL the reference of ultimate & personalized client experiences with a human touch at our boutiques.

This role is to elevate the level of capabilities in all Fashion Advisors on professional expertise & personal refinement at all VIC touchpoints, provide strategy vision via concrete client intelligence to secure a healthy top client pipeline, and become a role model to influence and impact both internally & externally.

BTQ TOP CLIENT INTELLIGENCE & STRATEGY
- Support and build up btq top client strategy with close collaboration with btq ecosystem stakeholders
- Support build-up of boutique holistic top client intelligence, in charge of analytic reporting and qualitative top client insight based on btq clientele, complete & update top client profiles
- Monitor and enhance btq top client process
- Coordination of cross-division top client clientele (WFJ/HC)
- Work as btq coordination window for VIC team to implement top client strategy and projects

IN-BTQ TOP CLIENT MOMENT ORCHESTRATION
- Ensure the smooth planning & execution of top client moments on all occasions, by coordinating with related business partners.
- Oversea trips (plan, prepare, accompany, follow-up & sharing)
- Main btq contact window for cross-division top client event

FA CAPABILITY ELEVATION
- Observe and assess FA top client facing capabilities
- Define top client related learning needs and FA coverage on boutique level
- Manage, plan & execute top client knowledge sharing within the BTQ
- Individual coaching & mentor on top client expertise
- Build up in-boutique talent pipeline from top client perspective

OPERATION & COMPLIANCE
- Top client related BTQ operations (admin, budget management, etc.)
- Support top client governance & SOP making, review and update
- Top client compliance-related topic

What you can bring to the team

Academic / Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- Oversea experience is a plus
- Fluent in both Chinese and English

Work Experience
- At least 5-year working experience in fashion or luxury industry
- CRM / Clienteling or relevant client-handling experience is required
- Retail experience is a plus
- Coaching or training experience is a plus

Must Have
- Strong at planning and execution
- Client insight, analytic skills
- Clienteling (esp. client-facing experience, hosting) skills
