Job Summary
The key responsibility of this role is to support cross-border China Business team to develop new institutional business and well maintain existing client relationships. This person will engage in coordinating sales activities and marketing events, which help promote Schroders brand and investment capabilities. This person will coordinate the pitching proposals and client take-on, including RFPs, presentations, legal document negotiations, etc., with the guidance of sales managers and client servicing managers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support
- To prepare sales proposals and client meeting materials by liaising and coordinating with internal parties, such as the RFP team, Investment team, Compliance, and other relevant teams.
- To facilitate business activities, including roadshows by investment teams, client seminars, conferences, etc.
- To take quality meeting notes for internal and external meetings.
- To liaise with Marketing Team for marketing events to promote our company profile.
- To accumulate knowledge, improve understanding of the financial markets and Schroders’ offerings, and interpret/explain to the client where needed.

Client Services
- To coordinate client onboarding, including agreement negotiation, discussion with custodians and clients, internal operational setups, etc.
- To respond to client requests in a timely and comprehensive manner regarding the company, customized solutions, funds, markets, etc.
