Customer Support Representative at Safran Helicopter Engines

Job Description

Task 1 – CSR External tasks (MANAGING CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND SATISFACTION)
- Draw up commercial offers for all activities align with the company's commercial policy
- Assess the customer expectations, propose best commercial solution
- Fulfill SHE commitments to customers
- Ensure customer's satisfaction
- Carries out the initial processing of customer complaints and disputes
- Buildup structured customer relationship
- Establish good communication with customer
- Be patient to customer's requirement
- Fulfill yearly customer ‘s visit task
- Participate ‘Area' meetings if needed

Task 2 – CSR Internal tasks ( Managing Projects & OWN FIELD OF ACTIVITIES)
- Prepare offers
- Follow up orders/contract implementation process well
- Manage goods arriving
- Delivery invoicing/credit notes by using SHE ERP system
- Follow up cash flow collection together with CSM
- Manage commercial file, contracts and build archives
- Lead the projects assigned by line management, regularly follow up and report the progress
- Ensure objectives follow up, justify the discrepancies and propose corrective actions
- Ensure effective communication within and across the departments (CSR team, CSM, logistic, etc.)
- Be on duty by rotation within CSR team for AOG service
- Back up team members when ever needed
- Other related work assigned by CSRM

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above with more than 3 years' working experience in aviation industry or having commercial background (new graduate is also being considered if the candidate is excellent enough)
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English
- Be earnest and efficient in the work, ensure the correct offers to be delivered to customers
- Service oriented, propose best solution to customer and being patient to customer's requirements and complaints
- Ability to push things forward and to be settled by effective communication and coordination
- Great sense of responsibility, be able to initiatively follow up and move forward the progress for the open issues within CSR's work scope
- Be capable of working under pressure
- Sense of team spirit, back up and help others with passion
- Candidate with good skill of Excel/PPT/PowerBI is plus
- Good physical condition
