The apartment is located in the middle east side of Beijing, called Dongba, Chaoyang district, near DongFengBeiqiao subway station line 14, 13 minute car ride. The area is surrounded by parks and football courts, in addition there is less pollution and traffic around here. Super markets, restaurants and ATM are located within walking distance.
The master bedroom is available going for 3300rmb per month. In china you need a deposit and 3-months rent. I am currently in the second room. The place has all the amenities such as hot water, heating pipes (winter), washing machine, kitchen ware, elevators, and key cards.
