Me has stayed at this apt for almost 10yrs which is a cozy flat (3brs,1lr,1br,1k) n convenient location to live, but now me and other flatmate are seeking for a outgoing, friendly, life-styled, mature gentleman or lady to share the place. LGBT friendly.
The 2nd Room u gonna stay is around 18m² n the rental 2900rmb/m paid quarterly.
The contract n moving in date starts from August 5. Long term one is considered firstly.
The apt is on high floor with a nice view, an elevator works 24hrs. Metro Panjiayuan station downstairs.
U can easily find the markets, banks, restos within 15mins walking.
